In honour of National Teachers’ Day: a letter to our teachers.
National Teachers’ Day · 5 October
To the Faculty of Mabalacat City College,
On the occasion of National Teachers’ Day, the Supreme Student Council wishes to place on record the gratitude of the student body.
Yours is patient and largely unseen work: the early lecture, the lesson explained a second time, the standard upheld when it would be easier to let it slip, and the confidence extended to students before they have earned it. Whatever your students go on to achieve will owe a great deal to you.
To the students of the Institute of Teacher Education, who will one day stand where their teachers now stand: the day belongs to you as well.
With gratitude and esteem,

The Supreme Student CouncilMabalacat City College

Every building the council has mapped, standing at the height its floors give it. Drag to turn it, tap a block to open it.
It is a few hundred kilobytes, so it loads when you ask rather than on every visit.

Gathered by the council from what the College and student organisations publish. Every academic date and deadline names where it was read, and the council does not issue them: confirm anything that matters with the Registrar.
Campus weather
Loading the forecast
Forecast for the main campus by Open-Meteo, a weather model rather than an instrument on campus, read by this site every ten minutes. It is not an advisory: typhoon signals, rainfall and heat warnings come from PAGASA, and class suspensions from the College or the government.
Each section shows exactly where it stands. Nothing is filled in until there is something real to put there.
Notices from the council, kept separate from official College issuances.
OpenAllocations, spending and liquidation reports, published every quarter.
OpenWhat was set out to be done, what was done, and what changed.
OpenEvery commitment with its status, progress and evidence.
OpenQuestions put to students, with results published in full.
OpenOur principles
Students are asked before decisions are made, and the complete results are published, including the options that did not win.
What the council sets out to do is recorded with dates and outcomes, so work can be checked rather than claimed.
Money received and money spent are published with the reports behind them, open to any student instead of on request.
